Welcome to Bright DTF. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products & Services

All transfers are custom printed based on the artwork provided by the customer. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is required in full at checkout before production begins.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Submitting correct and properly formatted artwork (recommended: PNG, 300 DPI, transparent background).

  • Reviewing sizes, designs, and layouts before submitting.

  • Ensuring that files are of sufficient quality for printing.

Bright DTF is not responsible for errors due to low-resolution files, misspellings, or incorrect design submissions.

4. Production & Shipping

  • Standard production time is 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Bright DTF is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Since our products are custom-made, returns and cancellations are not accepted.

  • We will only reprint or refund if the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect size, missing items, or printing defects).

  • Customers must notify us of any issue within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the defective product.

6. Color Disclaimer

All files are printed in CMYK color profile. Colors may appear different due to variations in screens, monitors, and digital devices. Pantone/RGB color matching is not available.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Bright DTF.

  • Customer-submitted artwork remains the intellectual property of the customer. By uploading artwork, the customer grants Bright DTF the right to print and fulfill the order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bright DTF is not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of products, incorrect heat press application, or third-party shipping delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the original order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be handled within this jurisdiction.
