All of our products are custom printed, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the error is on our side.

We will gladly reprint or refund if:

The sheet size is incorrect
Items are missing or wrong
The print quality has defects not present in your file

We cannot accept responsibility for:

Low-resolution or incorrect files submitted
Color variations due to monitor differences (DTF prints in CMYK only)
Pressing issues caused by incorrect heat, time, or pressure

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We recommend PNG files at 300 DPI with a transparent background. Your design will be printed exactly as provided.

Orders are usually printed within 24–48 hours, plus shipping time.

Our transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends, tri-blends, spandex, canvas, and more.

Press at 325°F with heavy pressure for 20 seconds, peel when cool, then re-press with Teflon for durability. (Full instructions included with every order.)

Since these are custom-printed products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a printing error on our end, we’ll gladly reprint your order.

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences. We print in CMYK only, no Pantone or RGB color matching.
